Your main responsibilities:

Communicate proactively with clients regarding their overdue payments and propose arrangements to clear the outstanding debt.
Follow up on payment arrangements made with customers in order to keep collection times as short as possible.
Identify problem accounts and propose an action plan to managers and various stakeholders.
Serve customers in terms of accounts receivable and follow up on them.
Ensure that statements of account and subsequent followups are sent out.

Your Profile:

AEC or DEC in accounting or equivalent recognized studies
1 to 3 years' experience in collections
Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
Knowledge of MS Office (intermediate level of Excel)
Autonomy and initiative
Teamwork and communication skills
