Your main responsibilities:
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding their overdue payments and propose arrangements to clear the outstanding debt.
- Follow up on payment arrangements made with customers in order to keep collection times as short as possible.
- Identify problem accounts and propose an action plan to managers and various stakeholders.
- Serve customers in terms of accounts receivable and follow up on them.
- Ensure that statements of account and subsequent followups are sent out.
Your Profile:
- AEC or DEC in accounting or equivalent recognized studies
- 1 to 3 years' experience in collections
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- Knowledge of MS Office (intermediate level of Excel)
- Autonomy and initiative
- Teamwork and communication skills
