Your main responsibilities:


  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding their overdue payments and propose arrangements to clear the outstanding debt.
  • Follow up on payment arrangements made with customers in order to keep collection times as short as possible.
  • Identify problem accounts and propose an action plan to managers and various stakeholders.
  • Serve customers in terms of accounts receivable and follow up on them.
  • Ensure that statements of account and subsequent followups are sent out.

Your Profile:


  • AEC or DEC in accounting or equivalent recognized studies
  • 1 to 3 years' experience in collections
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (intermediate level of Excel)
  • Autonomy and initiative
  • Teamwork and communication skills
