Job Description:

As a Jr.

Account Manager at Dynamic Connections, you will be part of a team responsible for tackling complex logistics challenges and providing dedicated support to a portfolio of customers.

In this entry-level role, you will work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, ensuring that customer shipments are tracked, priced, and quoted accurately.

You will also be responsible for dispatching logistics service providers and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your role will be crucial in simplifying the lives of customers and ensuring their freight is handled efficiently.


Responsibilities:


  • Track shipments for customers and ensure timely delivery
  • Price and quote shipments accurately
  • Dispatch logistics service providers for efficient transportation
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Continuously learn and gain knowledge in the logistics industry
  • Opportunities for progression within the team and the organization

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with timesensitive tasks
  • Strong problemsolving skills and good judgment
  • Experience in a customerfacing role
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an asset but not required

Details and Perks:

  • Fulltime permanent position based in the vibrant Oakville office
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Occasional afterhours customer service and tracking required
  • Starting salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year, plus monthly performancebased bonuses
