Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Owner, provide a full range of Staffing and Recruitment processes including, but not limited to:
- Conduct thorough reference checks.
- Assist with and use various software systems.
- Ensure ethical and professional conduct.
- Other potential human resources projects including, onboarding, policies and procedures, labour relations etc.
Qualifications
Diploma in Business/Human Resources or relevant field and (5) five years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Staffing and Recruitment and best practices.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible work hours.
