    Localisation: Province du Québec, de l'Ontario ou de l'Alberta

    À quoi ressembleront tes principales responsabilités ?

    Dans ce rôle, tu seras amené(e) à:

    • Analyser et résoudre les tickets en fonction du niveau de service et faire remonter les problèmes si nécessaire ;
    • Planifier/coordonner et suivre les demandes en collaboration avec les équipes internes (ventes, analyse, développement, support, etc.) ;
    • Surveiller et gérer la file d'attente du service client et les boîtes de réception spécifiques aux programmes ;
    • Identifier les améliorations possibles des processus et des applications pour les membres de l'équipe ;
    • Documenter et mettre à jour les processus, les procédures et le matériel de formation afin d'améliorer continuellement le service et d'assurer la satisfaction des clients ;
    • Être responsable de l'obtention des résultats dans les meilleurs délais ;
    • Maintenir les informations sur les clients dans le CRM.

    Quels éléments de ton bagage professionnel seront nécessaires et utiles dans ce rôle ?

    • Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes ;
    • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique et rapide ;
    • Un grand souci du détail ;
    • Priorité accordée à la satisfaction du client tout en gardant à l'esprit le contexte d'affaires ;
    • Dynamisme et proactivité/esprit d'initiative ;
    • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, notamment un bon sens de la gestion des priorités, capacité à s'adapter facilement au changement ;
    • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et communicationnelles, en interne et avec les clients ;
    • 12 à 18mois dans un centre d'appel et/ou dans le support d'applications de niveau1 ;
    • Une expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle, au sein d'une entreprise SaaS ou plus spécifiquement dans le secteur des achats électroniques, est un atout ;
    • Toutes les combinaisons équivalentes de formation et d'expérience seront prises en considération.
