Primary Responsibilities Include:

Managing incoming leads
Taking calls
Booking appointments
Accurately enter information in the CRM program
Updating client profiles
Preparing, Updating and Maintaining client profiles

Skills & Knowledge Required:

Demonstrates commitment to customer service excellence.
Has knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Selfstarter, selfmotivated, detail oriented with ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Ability to multitask under pressure and without supervision.
Demonstrates an ability to plan and organize work effectively.
Demonstrates an ability to selfdirect and anticipate needs.
Takes initiative to assist with anything that is needed.
