Responsibilities:

Operate Manual and Automatic Presses.
Inspect product to ensure it meets customer criteria.
Participation in 5S teams for each department.
May require unloading/loading of trucks using forklift.
Operate high temperature furnaces
All employees are provided with on the job training and cross trained to work in

numerous positions.

Experience working in a Manufacturing environment, an asset.
Must have reliable attendance.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Good interpersonal and reporting skills (written and oral).
Team player, but can also work independently.
Motivated, who always thinks in a positive proactive manner.
Experience with calipers and micrometers, an asset.
Ability to be on their feet for the entire shift.
Requires the ability to lift over 50 lbs several times during the shift, unassisted.
Quick learner who easily adapts to change.
Must have reliable transportation.
Able to work overtime, as required.
