Summary


The Customer Service Coordinator will support the shop management process with heavy focus on timely customer communications and scheduling, repair follow-up and maintenance file management, Parts ordering and following the process etc.


Work Type:
Full-time, permanent


Wage:
$20 -$25 per hour


Shift:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Improve the quality and consistency of customer communications and meet customer's expectations.
  • Perform customer relationship activities to include customer interface, issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Enhance branch productivity through effective work scheduling and planning
  • Review maintenance reports to identify and schedule preventative maintenance, repair campaigns and vehicles requiring followup
  • Parts ordering and following the process
  • Coordinate with rental counter to identify repair requirements, available substitute units and vehicle wash requirements
  • Coordinate outside repair with vendors and customers
  • Effectively handle all incoming shop calls
  • Clerical duties within the shop operations which include vehicle maintenance files
  • Process all Account Payable
  • Create repair orders for technicians
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • 13 years of Customer Service with issues resolution experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing software advanced required
  • Detail oriented with excellent followup practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of multitasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Flexibility to operate and selfdriven to excel in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing software advanced required
