If you're high-energy and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while providing exceptional customer service, we want to talk to you Panago Pizza is hiring a Store Manager for a high volume location.

As a Store Manager, you're able to retain and recap product knowledge and menu options in a cheerful way.

Responsibilities include overseeing our restaurant operations such as scheduling, ordering, inventory, recruiting new employees and contributing to our people development.

Utilizing your knowledge and experience, you will:

Help grow the store:

Follow up and adjust policies and procedures to achieve the locations financial, operational, and customer-service goals, while working within stores to celebrate the strengths and help with the challenges.

Lead the group:
Coach, motivate, and strengthen the team.

Be the "Go to" leader:
Provide your knowledge and experiences on issues, staffing, and operations. Help problem solve quickly and effectively.

Immerse yourself in the community:
Keep a finger on the pulse of events, partnerships, and fundraising opportunities.

Liaise:
Communicate effectively with owners, accounting, head office, and suppliers.

Exceed brand standards:
Conduct audits, ensuring store is operating at A levels. Coach when needed on potential issues.

Plan:
Conduct strategic planning and goal setting with regular follow ups to ensure goals are met.

Report:
Complete high level reporting.
