Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Supervising, mentoring, and coaching team members to achieve technical and project goals
Fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
Ensuring that the team follows best practices and adheres to technical standards
Overseeing the implementation of highquality solutions
Define technical solutions and plans for projects
Actively coding and contributing to software development efforts
Tracking progress, managing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of software projects
Coordinating with other teams and business units to ensure seamless integration of technology and processes
Reporting on key performance indicators and project status
Analyzing technical environments and finding solutions to challenges
Support the Product Owner in maintaining a wellrefined backlog
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective communication

Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field- 5+ years of software development or programming experience, with a focus on cloud-based solutions- Proven track record in team leadership and management, driving successful software development outcomes- In-depth expertise in cloud architecture and data structures, with hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Services- Proficient in either C#, Python, Java, C++, or other modern programming languages- Experience working with Apache Pulsar, Apache Avro, or other messaging platforms is an advantage- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical information- Proven track record in designing and implementing efficient database structures to solve real-world problems effectively- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized work style- Ability to approach problem-solving with a logical, analytical, and creative mindset- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor developers, and drive successful software development outcomes.
