This permanent Strategic HR Planner position offers growth opportunities for advancing your HR career.

    This position prepares and provides oversight of communication materials on HR related topics by collaborating with leaders at all levels to create, edit and publish communications. The role also supports the development, implementation and evaluation of team engagement and learning sessions on topics related to leadership development, supervisory supports, employee onboarding, and culture and engagement. This role is a vital link between the Strategic HR Branch and ministry leaders and business areas.

    Job Requirements:
    • A diploma in human resources, public administration, business administration, or a related field plus one (1) year of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
    One (1) year related experience must include all of the following:
    • Experience developing, planning, leading, and implementing programs and initiatives.
    • Experience facilitating workshops and/or training sessions (in person and/or virtual)
    • Experience preparing and delivering PowerPoint presentations to groups.
    • Experience creating support materials for initiatives or programs to staff (E.g., PowerPoints, Frequently Asked Questions documents, instructional materials, promotional communications, etc.)
    Preference may be given to applicants with one (1) or more of the following:
    • Experience in developing intranet content.
    • Experience in any of the above in a Human Resource environment.
