Your duties will include:

- Collaborating with management to develop new recipes and dishes

- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Strong team management skills to effectively lead and motivate kitchen staff
- Extensive knowledge of food service techniques and best practices
- Experience in restaurant management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Proficiency in bartending, including knowledge of various cocktails and drink recipes
- Excellent food handling skills to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Indepth understanding of the restaurant industry, including current trends and customer preferences
