About this role
This is an
onsite role in
Mississauga.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule work orders for repairs, communicate of scope of work and time requirements
Update and organize the parts database
Manage prioritization of repairs
Maintain documentation related to service and training
Handle customer requests
Adhere to scheduling guidelines and work order priority to load schedule

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
3 years plus administrative or coordination experience

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software/systems
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
Proactive problemsolving skills and a cando attitude
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities
1 year plus HVAC service industry coordination or administrative experience
