Responsibilities & Required Skills:


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data modelling, wrangling and visualization.
  • Good experience in Tableau or BI equivalent PowerBI, Qlik etc.
  • Good understanding of SQL databases and ETL technologies.
  • Familiar with technologies relevant to data lakes such as Snowflake.
  • Solid grasp of security models and concepts such as row level security.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and its usage of functions mainly on pivot tables, PowerPoint and etc.
  • Experience with Workday recruiting is strongly preferred.
  • Critical thinking approach with high attention to the details even in high pressure and fast paced sprints.
  • Must be collaborative nature and should be team orientated.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Workday HCM recruiting including business processes configuration, and reporting.
  • Robust project management organizational and analytical skills with ability to document the changes in the processes and its test plans.
  • Excellent problem solving with good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
