We are seeking a Operations Associate - Vendor Relations to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in onboarding our members to our vendor offer programs.
Additionally, they'll actively participate in the day-to-day operational activities that revolve around overseeing these programs, effectively liaising between cardholders and vendors.
As a motivated self-starter, this role will involve contributing to a high growth startup.Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding of Mercantile's cardholders onto our vendor deals, ensuring their comprehensive understanding of the advantages tied to our contracts and program.
- Utilize the CRM and data warehouses to identify and present potential vendor offers to our members.
- Foster relationships with vendors, consistently delivering exceptional customer service to guarantee satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze transaction data, optimizing for vendor contract usage.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to craft and execute strategies that spotlight our vendor programs.
- Contribute to the oversight of launching vendor offers, encompassing the management of opt in lists, vendor relationships and the overall process.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required.

Pay:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
