Lakeside Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd.is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with people, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
To ensure optimum customer service, we're hiring a Service Advisor to work one-on-one with our clients. Your job will be to advise customers on the available parts and service options when their vehicles need repairs.We're counting on you to develop extensive product knowledge and to serve all of our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance.
This is a full time position Service AdvisorPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Explain the nature of the work performed and all the repairs
Advise customers on how to look after their vehicle and stress the importance of regular maintenance
Call customers to inform them of changes in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up
Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
Work quickly and efficiently
Vacuuming front floor mats
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
:
High school or equivalent
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong organization and communication skills
Driver's License
Computer Skills
Pay:
$45,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
