AutoMAK is a leading supplier of vacuum lifting and cutting equipment used to install metal insulated roof and wall panels on construction projects.

We work in partnership with our customers and suppliers to bring solution driven products, which provide ample performance and increased productivity.

We have an open position for a General Manager working from our newly established company in Mississauga, Ontario.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our establishment with a 'hands on' approach required in a small business.

Duties:

• Manage daytoday operations of the establishment, including overseeing staff, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Handle customer orders, quotes, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock
• Maintain a clean and organized establishment
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the supply / maintenance of equipment used in the construction or automotive industry is highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members

$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
