Description

River Oaks Golf Course is currently seeking motivated and outgoing individuals who are capable of working in a fast-paced environment to join our team for the 2023 golf season.

Cook

Responsibilities:_
Prep and cook menu items to order
Operate cooking equipment efficiently and safely
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant
Receive and put away orders from vendors
Other duties as assigned (i.e., beverage cart opportunities)
Qualifications:_
Restaurant experience is preferred, but if you are passionate about cooking we are willing to train you
Must have Smart Choices
Excellent customer service
Knowledge of POS system
Work well in a team environment
Ability to lift 3040 pounds
Food Handler's certification is considered an asset

Server

Responsibilities:_
Greet customers
Take food and beverage orders
Make beverages to order
Run food and beverages to tables
Maintain cleanliness of bar, restaurant and patio areas
Assist cook when necessary
Receive and put away orders from vendors
Maintain stock in bar and kitchen area
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:_
Must have Smart Choices
Excellent customer service
Knowledge of POS system
Work well in a team environment
Ability to lift 3040 pounds

Must have access to reliable transportation as we are NOT on a bus route. We are located 5 km outside the south perimeter, off of Waverley Street.

Salary:
$15.00-$16.00 per hour
