    Description

    Are you looking for a rewarding career in security? Guardteck has an exciting opportunity for a Security Professional to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining order and resolving conflicts while ensuring the safety of clients and guests.

    About the Role

    This is a permanent position that requires a strong sense of responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

    The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and some experience in a related field. You will also need to obtain a Security Guard License. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including relocation costs covered by employer and the opportunity to work in various locations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain order and resolve conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Assist clients and guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Produce reports and enforce regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
    • PatroI areas assigned to you to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Some experience in a related field (we will train).
    • A valid Security Guard License.
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Judgement and reliability.
    • Team player and punctuality.

    Work Environment

    You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical demand. The position requires standing for extended periods and working in a variety of locations.
