Companion/Homemaker Job Description

Job Summary: Provides non-medical, in-home support services for clients' comfort, safety, and supervision.

1. Provides companionship through talking, listening, reading aloud, and promoting socialization.
2. Promotes mental alertness through activities of interest.

The caregiver will:

• Clean a safe and healthy environment
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms
