Position Overview:


Under the direction of the Front of the House Manager, the Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests based on the Casino's standardized drink recipes.

As well, they may have to serve food to guests and service staff. They are responsible for making each guests dining experience an enjoyable and positive experience.

Required to take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and health of guests and that safe work practices are adhered to at all times.

Responsibilities include assisting the FOH Manager or Supervisor(s) in areas when and where required.


Education and Experience:


  • MUST HAVE Alberta Server Pro Serve
  • Preference will be given to applicants with a Bartending Certificate plus experience or applicants who have 2 years experience as a bartender.
  • Specific Casino food and beverage operational experience would be an asset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required in order to promote maintain and deliver impeccable service standards at all times.
  • Experience working with POS systems is required.
