# Conseiller sur les procédures d'appel d'offres
# Surveiller et ajuster les dépenses de contrat
# Préparer et tenir à jour un répertoire des fournitures et des entrepreneurs spécialisés
# Collaborer, consulter et communiquer avec des ingénieurs, des architectes, des propriétaires, des entrepreneurs généraux et des sous-traitants sur les changements et les ajustements aux estimations des coûts
