We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Line Cooks at The Pleasant Food Drinks and Community, a counter-service eatery now open in the heart of Mt.

Pleasant.

The Pleasant offers casual asian and canadian comfort foods to pair with a large selection of local craft beers in a fun, spacious, attractive and relaxed main dining room complete with a pool table as well as a private room for up to 50 guests.

Responsibilities:

• Know your way around a kitchen and work with our chefs to execute our menu in a fast paced environment
• Willing to learn and take well to direction to work in all stations, from wok to fry
• Prep and restock
• Works well with others, is punctual and reliable

Qualifications and Experience

• Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
• Flexible with hours
