Sales & Service Representative (Pest Management Professional)**
Full Time & Part Time Seasonal Positions Available

Duties include:

  • Making regular (soft) sales calls to existing customers on marketing campaigns
  • Answering incoming phone calls in a busy office environment from new prospective customers inquiring about pest control services
  • Provide support to field staff (Technicians), as required
  • Perform general office and clerical tasks, as required
  • A mature individual with a positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent phone manner and people skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn about the industry
  • High School diploma or equivalent minimum, postsecondary education preferred (but not required)
  • Prior Inside Sales and Service experience an asset
  • Working with a small "tight knit" team who excel at providing exemplary customer service

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 8 months

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Experience:

- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
