- Assist in the operation of crushing plant machinery, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Help to load and unload construction materials from trucks and conveyors.
- Monitor and manage material feed to ensure continuous operation of the plant.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of crushing equipment and work areas.
- Identify any operational issues and report them to the plant supervisor.
- Comply with all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with plant operators and other team members to optimize plant efficiency.
- Support the plant team in achieving daily production targets and overall project goals.
- Previous experience in construction or industrial environments preferred.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Knowledge of basic tool operation and maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid drivers license and own form of transportation
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team.
