Duties:Program Management:
This group takes a broad view of the operations of the program as a whole.

This group also ensures plans and priorities are in line with the program mandate and Government of Canada priorities and ensures appropriate resources are available and allocated.


Portfolio Management:

This group is responsible to ensure there is an optimized plan in place in order to meet program objectives, along with ongoing management and oversight of the plan.


Asset Management:
This group creates specific plans for each asset in line with both program objectives and the portfolio plan.

Investment Management:

This group reviews project submissions to ensure they are in line with policy requirements around investments and ensures alignment with program, portfolio and asset strategies.

This group also performs an in-depth review of proposed options to ensure value for money.

Any experience acquired in the last five (5) years, in a commercial real property context, in one or a combination of these fields:

  • Property management and/or lease administration
  • Project and/or construction management
  • Facilities management
  • Valuation
  • Portfolio management
  • Asset management
  • Leasing
  • Development
  • Land use and/or site planning
At least one (1) year of experience acquired in the last five (5) years, in a commercial real property context, in one or a combination of these fields:

  • Property management and/or lease administration
  • Project and/or construction management
  • Facilities management
  • Valuation
  • Portfolio management
  • Asset management
  • Leasing
  • Development
  • Land use and/or site planning
At least four (4) years' of experience acquired in the last ten (10) years, in a commercial real property context, in one or a combination of these fields:

  • Valuation
