Job Description:

You will act as a primary lead for day-to-day operations of the Kronos platform and to support the development of the Kronos architecture.

You will be responsible for managing ongoing projects, including implementation of new modules, supporting requests for new enhancements and tasks as assigned that enable Kronos to drive business alignment and maximize organizational and business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be the primary point of contact for the daytoday operations of the Kronos platform and to support the implementation of new Kronos enhancements and deployment of new functionality
Provide technical support to the Kronos team members on any issues, new enhancement requests and any other inquiries for the Kronos platform.
Coach and mentor team members on solution design, testing plans and impact analysis related to new Kronos deployments.
Coordinate, lead, and implement Kronos releases by effectively collaborating with partners and stakeholders in IT, HR, Finance, and vendors throughout the lifecycle of a release or project.
Partner with business partners to roll out new functionality and modules to promote business transformation.
Review Kronos community to learn about newly anticipated features from UKG and keep pace with their innovation
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve production and integration issues in a timely manner. Support resolution of issues escalated; manage incidents, track ticket status
Monitor, assess, and report on Kronos healthcheck, system availability, and security audits. Monitor and report on Kronos license usage and compliance
Understand data and business process flow, automate complex parameters, integration automation, systems scripting, and data security administration.
Create custom reports and support endusers with creating complex reports and resolving issues with existing reports
