The Subprime Finance Manager is a key component to the success of our Sales Department securing each sale and maintaining a high quality of customer service experience.
Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties available.
As a team player the F&I Manager strives to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership.Job Duties:
- Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their automotive purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
- Accurately deals and submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions and effectively closes deals.
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, provincial and federal guidelines.
- Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
- Accurately audits team deals postsale.
- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.
- Must comply to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required
Minimum of 2 years of dealership sales experience
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Vehicle sales experience required
- Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
- AMVIC license required
