    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Law Clerk - Plaintiff to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional support in plaintiff personal injury law practice.

    Job Description

    • To work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to seriously injured clients;

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in legal software such as Primafact is an asset but not necessary; we are willing to provide training for the right individual. A minimum of 3 years' experience in Accident Benefits and Tort matters is required, including proficiency in completing OCF forms according to statutory requirements.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:


    • Draft pleadings (e.g., Statement of Claim) as well as prepare LAT Applications, mediation memorandums, and Pre-Trial memorandums;

    • Familiarity with relevant legislation and court procedures;

    • Able to use legal software proficiently or willingness to learn appropriate systems;
