Description

Eco Spray Insulation is looking for Experienced Installers of Spray Foam Insulation to join our team. We are looking for workers who are skilled in the installation of 2lb and 3lb foam. Knowledge of equipment and diagnosing issues on reactors and pumps are beneficial. Wage to be discussed and will depend on experience and skillset. Summary:

Installing spray foam insulation in residential and commercial projects throughout the area.
Full-time position, hourly pay, and per-piece pay

Company truck, cell phone, and benefits package.

Qualifications:

Spray Foam licenses as required
Must have knowledge of Insulation and Drywall
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clear Criminal Background Check
Be selfmotivated and a good communicator.
Able to work independently and/or with a crew.
Able to work in tight and confined places like attics and crawlspaces.
Ability to work long days, overtime, and weekends when needed
Would require working in confined spaces and working at heights
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Knowledge of equipment and diagnosing issues is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Spray Foam Application
Trimming off excess spray foam
Driving Truck and Trailer (brand new truck)
Ensure health & safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
Maintain communication with the company representative on issues including job procedures, Job incidents, etc.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site
Other duties as needed
