Job summary
A Family physicians office seeking front desk Medical Secretary to perform duties such as answering phone calls/patient inquiries booking appointments patient registration billing non OHIP services uploading/scanning documents to Electronic Medical Records EMR and other related duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience with EMR preferably Telus PSS EMR good work ethic positive patient focused attitude professionalism dependability reliability ability to make decisions exercise good judgment discretion initiative when dealing with confidential information or responding to inquiries strong communication skills excellent phone manner and ability to prioritize organize workload work independently adapt quickly.
