    Description

    What you'll do:

  • Utilize established best practices to understand business objectives, establish and manage scope, schedule, budget, change management, risk mitigation, project governance, and safety requirements.
  • Utilize risk management and procurement strategies, tailored to project timing and complexity to engage external resources or materials necessary to meet the project objectives.
  • Develop the comprehensive Request For Expenditure (RFE) including capital budget, business case, and feasibility with the support of the project sponsor and the operating business unit.
  • Support the annual corporate budget planning cycle by providing preliminary budget estimates and resource forecasting.
  • Oversee the completion of the work, such as conceptual or detailed designs, technical investigations, assessments, inspections, and monitoring and controlling construction activities.
  • Provide contract administration and contract management services.
  • Monitor and control the project budget by reviewing and approving all expenses, maintaining an accurate estimate to completion forecast, and reconciling and closing the RFE upon project completion.
  • Annual travel up to 20% may be required.
  • Who you'll work with:

    You will work closely with the entire project team, including the engineering technology and design team, the real estate team, the health and safety team, and the operating or supporting business units throughout FCL. You will skillfully lead or support project stakeholders through the full project life cycle.

    Who you are:

    You are looking for a career in Project Management & Business Analysis and:

  • Have 6-9 Years of relevant progressively responsible experience in construction or project management.
  • Have a bachelor's degree (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Have a strong understanding of all stages of a project lifecycle and commercial construction.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
