Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and time frames.
• Explain repair options to customers and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
• Provide customers with information on warranties, service specials, and other promotions.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and document findings.
• Schedule service appointments and ensure that customer needs are met.

Salary:
$18.00-$35.00 per hour
