    As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal support for mergers and acquisitions across the Americas. Based in Montreal, you will report to the Vice-President, Legal – Global M&A, and be responsible for ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and risk management standards.

    Your key responsibilities will include supporting identification and evaluation of M&A opportunities, executing M&A transactions within the Americas region, coordinating with external law firms on transaction-specific matters, collaborating with internal legal teams to leverage regional expertise, contributing to the collection and sharing of legal M&A lessons learned and best practices.
