Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Value Advisor to join our global Adoption Office.This role is critical in driving adoption of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions to ensure customer satisfaction,
sustained value realization, and successful renewals.
- Develop and execute recruiting adoption strategies aligned to customer business objectives across SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and adjacent HCM product areas.
- A proven ability to influence without authority, lead executive conversations,
and translate strategy into execution is essential for this position.
