As an
Associate Application Expert,
you'll play an important role in the Chemical and
Monitoring Solutions (CMS) business. This is an excellent opportunity to join the Product
Application Experts team. This team is a high-performance team where you'll help create
innovative solutions to support customers across multiple industries. This is a dynamic
role that will stretch your analytical and problem-solving skills and provide unlimited
opportunity to learn and grow professionally across many industries. To be set up for
success you'll need excellent communication skills, technical expertise with various water
treatment products and chemicals, sound project management capabilities and a good
understanding of the customer systems where our technologies are deployed. In this role
you will be focusing on the Water & Wastewater and Membrane Chemical Product lines.
chemicals with UF, MBR, DAF and RO systems, while working with the ES Projects team to
develop commercially viable strategies for introduction of CMS chemicals during various
stages of the project. This position is based in Oakville, ON.

Some additional responsibilities for the Associate Application Expert role include:
- Assisting Commercial and Technical teams with technical guidance, product selection,
- Supporting site audits and customer visits as needed
- Supporting new product introductions and customer product optimizations through
- Contributing to the development of internal technical knowledge through team
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in either a Sciences field or in Engineering from an accredited
- Minimum 2 years of experience (commercial or technical) with a strong focus on
- Knowledge of treatment flowsheets that include membrane and conventional
- Strong computer skills including data analysis, presentations, and written documents
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Useful Skills & Abilities:
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout North America, as needed to support
field support
the Water & Wastewater and Membrane Chemical product lines
- Selfmotivated and has demonstrated the ability to work independently to meet
- Strong working knowledge of problem solving, root cause analysis, and associated
- Ability to bring individuals together and foster a collaborative environment through
- Strong communication skills
