Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and operating machinery.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools.
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as Dingo, Bobcat, etc.
- Ability to install retaining walls, ability to complete hardscaping services, powerwashing, etc.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Salary:
$25.00-$40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Operating a machine: 5 years (preferred)
- Interlocking/Landscaping: 5 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)
Work Location:
