About the Position:

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to join a growing organization with a strong cooperative culture


Key Functions and Responsibilities:


  • Establish and build constructive relationships with internal and external customers
  • General Assistant to Management Team
  • Create and Manage Correspondence and Filing Systems
  • Answer phones and operate main switchboard
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing to appropriate staff
  • Schedule and book meeting rooms
  • Arrange travel
  • Set up meeting rooms and offices for meetings/presentations
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate external couriers; document and distribute all incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Manage Office Supplies and Equipment
  • Reconcile all courier and office supplies/equipment invoices
  • Arrange for general office cleaning and maintenance, including special cleaning following major onsite events
  • Provide assistance with photocopying, scanning, faxing and binding
  • Ensure kitchen and cleaning supplies are provided
  • Pick up and drop off materials, supplies etc.
  • Make bank deposits.

Required Skills and Abilities:


  • Proficient knowledge with computer software programs including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Research and problem solving skills, attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
  • Strong client service skills
  • Able to multitask and able to consistently meet deadlines
  • Team player who is comfortable working with others in a fastpaced environment
  • Demonstrated professionalism.

Education and Experience:


  • 510 years of directly related Office Management (or relevant) experience
