• Foster and uphold a culture of safety by promoting safe work practices and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• Provide leadership and supervision to evening production staff (shop wide) across all departments, offering guidance and support to maximize team performance.
• Execute departmental production plans, adjusting resources and workflows as needed to meet production targets effectively.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting on production metrics and performance indicators.
• Implement and sustain a clean, organized, and LEAN working environment to optimize efficiency and workflow.
• Communicate promptly and effectively regarding any issues such as equipment malfunctions, resource shortages, or accidents to the appropriate leaders.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 35 years of proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and practices is preferred.
• Detailoriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced setting.
• Ability to problemsolve and make decisions under pressure to ensure continuous workflow.
