Description

Our client, in the Financial Services industry, is looking for a Tax Services Coordinator to join their team in Ottawa, on a contract basis (4-6 months). Your role as a Tax Services Coordinator is to work alongside a Senior Advisor to prepare tax documents and submissions for their clients. There is a potential for this contract to become permanent.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to Portfolio Managers in preparing for client tax submissions
Work with Tax Accountant to prepare documents for client tax submissions
E-File taxes using software provided
Communicate with clients to deliver completed documents
Training will be provided

Qualifications:

Accounting experience
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Offer:

- $50-60K (based on experience)

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 4 months

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
