Responsibilities of the Executive Meeting Manager are:

Respond to inquiries regarding event space availability in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain strong client relations and ensure that meeting specifications are communicated and executed for a successful experience for the meeting planner and attendees.
Solicit, negotiate, and confirm new and repeat business through various efforts to maximize revenues to meet/exceed goals, and produce proposals, floorplans, and pricing aligned with hotel availability and revenue management practices.
Plan, upsell and coordinate function details with clients, and prepare and execute sales/catering contracts, event orders, group resumes to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Create and distribute effective internal and external communication (written and verbal)
Develop and implement creative sales strategy by analyzing historical, current, and future hotel/market/account trends

About the Hotel:
Four Points & Element Toronto Airport is a dual-branded property owned by Easton's Group of Hotels.

This new, eco-friendly hotel is a dual branded property that shares one building with the Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport.

The fusion of our Marriott hotels allows guests to take advantage of extra amenities like an on-site café, Moment's restaurant, an indoor pool and whirlpool, a patio for summer BBW's and over 10,000 square feet of banquet space.
