    Your role and responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Finance teams on project prioritization and KPI establishment
    • Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery within budget
    • Communicate project updates and strategy to management
    • Develop relationships with key partners to drive business success
    • Overhaul inventory management processes and lead reduction projects
    • Prepare monthly reviews on inventory management for senior management

    Qualifications and skills:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in aerospace or complex product industry
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Business acumen and ability to improve efficiency
    • Experience with process improvement methodologies is an asset
    • Effective communication skills in English and French
    • Results-driven with a proactive approach
    • Team player and reliable individual
