docbraces has a new, exciting full-time opportunity We are expanding and are now looking forone Bilingual (English/French) Call Center Agent to join our Fredericton, NB team.

• This position is Monday to Friday, with day and afternoon shifts between 8:00am to9:00pm.
• Bilingual French/English - $18/hr
• This position is an in-office role, based out of the Fredericton Call Centre.

• Contact prospective patients who have requested a consultation appointment online
• Communicate to patients about our benefits, and values in order to schedule theconsult.
• Explain what their first consult will entail
• Reschedule patient consultation if there is a conflict
• Working with computer patient management system: look up information, data entry,appointment scheduling
• Navigate and update multiple online tools and applications.
• Possess typing speed/accuracy
• Have the ability to achieve targets as required
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced businessenvironment
• Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop arapport with customers over the phone.
• Ability to learn and navigate computer software quickly.
