In your role, you will:

Own and lead initiatives in which you will program manage the development of new AHMS products and services, in collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, suppliers, service providers, Sales, Marketing, Operations
Own and lead sustaining program management activities of the AHMS portfolio of products and services
Create, harmonize, and track compliance to various schedules required to manage the project
Coordinate and track major Suppliers to ensure deliverables are available on schedule
Make recommendations and drive decisions that are cost effective, timely, and feasible
Participate in trade events, support workshops within the organization
Minimal travel might be required.

Qualifications

You have an Engineering degree or equivalent working experience, with 15 years (or more) of experience in aerospace or program/project management, MBA is an asset.
You are familiar with Program/Project Management processes
You have aircraft system engineering or aircraft manufacturing experience (an asset)
You have a professional attitude and superior communication skills
You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities
You can manage initiatives of a technical, financial, marketing and general business nature
You are ambitious and have a solid drive for results
You can work autonomously, with little supervision
You are organized, team player, selfmotivated, customer focused, and able to work under pressure
You have demonstrated that you are proactive, adaptable and flexible, you take initiative, you are innovative, have a strong sense of accountability and integrity
You have the ability to influence and work with little formal authority
You have strong oral and written English communications skills and functional French communication skills are desired.
