Your Role and Responsibilities

Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that help them reach true business value by working through the phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration and product support with a sense of urgency.


  • Agile Planning and Execution: Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and daytwo operations.

  • Familiar with Requirements Analysis, Design, Implementation, Validation/Testing, Golive, Post golive assistance
  • Familiar with Agile delivery practices and tools
  • Able to work independently as an SME, or under the guidance of Architect/Lead or IBM SME if assigned
  • Engage Product Support/Engineering for raising and resolving product issues

  • Optional: Experience with Upgrades and Migrations, Solution Assessments, Health Checks, Onboarding, Performance Testing and Tuning, Capacity Planning, Training etc
Strong Technology Expertise

  • Programming: Java, XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, JavaScript, Python
  • Operating Systems: Linux/RHEL, Unix, Windows & Scripting

  • Databases: DB2, SQL Server, Oracle
  • Familiarity with Cloud deployments: AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI/IBM Cloud + Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
