Kal Tire is hiring a Front Counter Service Representative at our Annacis Island, Delta BC location 969 CLIVEDEN AVE DELTA BC V3M 5R6 If you have prior sales experience, like working hands-on, and are looking for a role with management potential, you've found it.

Hours : Full-time permanent (32+ hours/week + benefits after 3 months)

Provide excellent customer service and offer a positive first impression of the shop.

Confidently provide product information to customers in a friendly manner.

Provide pricing, recommend services and parts, and prepare and present customer quotations.

Review work orders with technicians, present and discuss any additional work needed with customers.

Booking and ordering parts and tires needed for appointments.

Job Requirements

Retail sales or service experience in a face paced environment.

Ability to negotiate and sell.

Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner.

Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to problem-solve and multi-task.

Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new programs and software.

Valid driver's license.

Strong personal commitment to health and safety.
