As a Sales Manager at Bunkie Life, you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, leading a team from the offices within our factory in Rockwood ON of passionate sales professionals to expand our market presence across Canada and the USA.

Your primary goal will be to maximize sales revenue while managing the day-to-day activities and initiatives of the team, such as lead follow-ups, weekly targets, in-person and virtual tours, and ensuring the sales space is kept in tip-top shape.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets as well as your own sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed reports of each sales representative's lead times, response times, wins, etc.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Nurture existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and report on areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to optimize sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Undergo and provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance on tools and sales techniques.
  • Lead regular meetings with the sales team and oneonones.
  • Represent Bunkie Life at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and products.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working with various technologies such as CRM software, Google Suites, Slack, etc.
  • High attention to detail and meticulous followup skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Successful completion of salesspecific training and development courses.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry or outdoor living market is a plus.
  • Availability to work on weekends and some evenings is a must.

Pay:
$70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
