Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our amazing team.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality culinary creations.
If you have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a creative approach to cooking, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Food service operations, inventory, ordering.
- Create weekly specials + change the menu items every 3 months.
- Manage and train kitchen staff + scheduling
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor food /labour costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Create innovative and appealing menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
- Monitor food costs and implement costsaving measures without compromising quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
