Description

Union Realty is looking for an energetic and motivated marketing person to help showcase our listings with photography and videography, and a great opportunity to grow the role into much much more

Pay will be determined by skill and experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Real estate photography and videography (and editing)
Portrait photography for headshots

Future Opportunities:

Build corporate branding strategy to attract clients and agents
Create and distribute print and digital marketing
Effective SEO marketing strategies
Recruit real estate agents
Develop Brand loyalty strategies
Effective use of social media (blogs, forums, Facebook, Instagram and more) to promote brands
Draft/translate/modify/proofread advertising and promotional articles for use in social media
Effective use of Google Ads
Design/coordinate/distribute direct marketing and print advertising materials (e.g. Postcards, )
Coordinate marketing events
Track and evaluate marketing efforts through social media, Google Analytics
Recognize and develop opportunities for growth and implement strategies

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 13 years of relevant work experience
A Degree in business, marketing or related degree is a huge asset
Experience in the real estate industry preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative and passionate
Able to make resultsdriven decisions

- "Can do" attitude and willingness to take the initiative

Strong organizational and time management skills; must operate with a sense of urgency; able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment without jeopardizing work quality
Must be able to work well independently as well as be a collaborative team player
Must have strong presentation skills
Must be very savvy with social media
Able to bring a creative and open mind to what you do
Must be willing to work varied hours include some evenings and weekends
Strong proficiency with Adobe Suite
