What you can expect in the role:

  • Providing administrative support for technical staff, including correspondence, report/proposal, tender document and payment certificates preparation, mail merges, meeting minutes, agendas, filing, etc.;
  • Reception and general office duties (incl. switchboard, maintaining boardrooms, ordering catering, ordering office supplies, coordinating office upkeep, etc.);
  • Processing and distributing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers;
  • Scheduling meetings and interacting with clients and internal staff on behalf of project managers; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for / What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience with a focus on document production and editing;
  • Successful completion of a College Diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience;
  • Excellent computer skills (SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, 2010 or higher) with demonstrated interest and ability to learn new systems;
  • Familiarity with and comfort level working with styles and templates in MS Word;
  • Strong time management and organizational skills;
  • Effective communication skills (written/verbal);
  • Flexibility to work overtime, when required;
  • Ability to work inoffice: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
