Associates working in the hybrid model are expected to come into the office 3 days a week across Tuesdays and Thursdays, reserving Mondays and Fridays as company-wide virtual days.

A day in the life of a Capital One Manager, Program Delivery**:

In this Program Manager role, you will be on an exciting journey to drive delivery of highly complex programs that contribute to the strategic goals of the Canada LOB and improve the experiences of our customers.


Your responsibilities will involve the following:

  • Partnering with business leaders to identify, plan, and execute Canada's top strategic priorities
  • Leading program planning including scope, objectives, timelines, and governance
  • Documenting and maintaining key program artifacts such as dashboards, risk and decisions logs, and schedules
  • Identifying and escalating risks for flawless and ontime delivery of programs
  • Owning the communication and reporting to a range of stakeholders, adapting to their required level of knowledge and involvement in the program through exceptional stakeholder management
  • Assisting with daytoday program activities including scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, decisions, and deliverables
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to work processes and program management practices
  • Understanding and evaluating decisions and options analyses
  • Actively participating in the delivery community of practice, providing hightouch program support to leadership and lowtouch program support to Canada business
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships across Canada and the enterprise
